The
New World Foundation is a charity created in 2004 by Echefu Bright
and now governed by a constitution which was established in November
2005 by a scheme of the Infectious disease Unit of the Echefu Bright
Institute for Genetic Engineering Research (EBIGER). The charity is
registered under the Part 'C' of the Companies and Allied Matters
Act, 1990 with registration number RC 10987
The
sole trustee (the 'Trustee') is the Echefu Group (now Echefu
Multiventures), a company limited by guarantee (registration number
RC 118073) whose registered office is 8, Atanda Solanke Crescent,
Olorunsogo, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. The trustee is governed
by its memorandum and articles of association. The directors (known
